101.   There have been counts and recounts, statistical sample hand counts, full hand counts and aborted hand counts.

102.   There is, of course, no guarantee that Gore will ultimately prevail with the hand count of the ballots in the Democratic counties.

103.   These votes will be tallied accurately in a hand count, but many may have been missed by the machine.

104.   They are trying to convince the public that they would be ahead, hand count or no hand count, and that they are against it on principle.
