101.   The Bosnian Serbs have agreed to let the federal Yugoslav government negotiate for them in the Balkan peace process, the Serbian government said in an official statement.

102.   The Balkan peace talks have apparently failed, according to Bosnian Foreign Minister, Muhammed Sacirbey, CNN reported early Tuesday.

103.   The demand will be transmitted to Bosnian Serb representatives at current Balkan peace talks taking place at an air base in Ohio.
