91.   Ahead of this upper level feature.

92.   An upper level low southeast of the islands will continue to move slowly to the west.

93.   Although atmospheric conditions in the middle and upper levels are rather dry and not very unstable...Low level conditions are expected to dominate.

94.   And to complicate the situation even more, strong upper level winds will continue to affect our region.

95.   As the upper level low pressure system located northeast of our islands is expected to move west and across the north of Puerto Rico tonight.

96.   As the upper level trough over the western Atlantic is expected to continue moving south.

97.   As it does, the wave will pass under an area of high pressure in the middle and upper levels of the atmosphere.

98.   Atmospheric conditions in the middle and upper levels are expected to be moderately unstable this afternoon to allow for a few strong thunderstorms across the area.

99.   At middle to upper levels of the atmosphere a weak trough of low pressure is dominating the region.

100.   At the same time, a disturbance in the upper levels of the atmosphere was moving rapidly eastward across the northeast Caribbean.
