91.   Six patients had gastric ulcers and five had duodenal ulcers.

92.   All patients had cholesterol gall stones.

93.   One male patient had two separate oesophageal carcinomas.

94.   All patients had continuous monitoring of arterial pressure and urine output.

95.   Thirty patients had coexisting ulcerative colitis, including three who had previously undergone colectomy and one who discontinued treatment after three months.
