1.   Black and White is about rich white kids hanging out with rappers in New York.

2.   The white kid hesitated, so the black gave out both names.

3.   Along the basketball hotbed known as Tobacco Road, the white kids from the big-name schools would inevitably hear of the black talent at the smaller ones.

4.   And his color meant there were limits to his relationships with white kids.

5.   And so, we allow the white Hispanic from Miami to be described as a minority but not the white Appalachian kid.

6.   And sure enough, some white kids on the bus recognized her as she was getting off.

7.   And white kids, many of them, want to be black.

8.   Any serious action on schoolyard massacres starts with the recognition that black kids were never all that evil or white kids all that innocent.

9.   At that point, I think we were just white kids, blah, and they were just black kids, blah, and we were all just kids.

10.   A couple of the white kids were thrown though a glass door.
