5.   Skies will be generally sunny across the region, though clouds and isolated showers will affect portions of northern New England.

6.   Skies will be partly sunny across the interior Northeast.

7.   Skies will be sunny across the Southeast and Middle Atlantic States.

8.   Skies will turn sunny across much of the East as high pressure builds overhead.

9.   Skies will be mostly sunny across the Ohio Valley and much of the Southeast as strong high pressure builds east from the Mississippi Valley.

10.   Skies will be mainly sunny across the region, though filaments of clouds will obscure the sun at times near the Rockies.
