1.   Gradually whisk in hot milk mixture.

2.   As the potatoes are sliced, add them to the milk mixture.

3.   Beat eggs into the foaming yeast, then add the cooled milk mixture and the grated rinds.

4.   Add a little hot milk mixture to yolk mixture to warm it, stirring constantly to keep yolks from curdling.

5.   Add lukewarm milk mixture and dissolved yeast.

6.   Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk mixture.

7.   Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until evenly moistened.

8.   Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir gently just until blended, trying not to break the blueberries.

9.   Add milk mixture to chocolate and stir until completely incorporated.

10.   Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
