1.   For puree, defrost the berries and press through a food mill.

2.   Force chilies through a food mill or sieve, straining out seeds and skins.

3.   In a food mill or using short pulses in a food processor, puree parsnips and onion mixture.

4.   A food mill will also do the trick.
