1.   In the evening, gunfire and huge explosions erupted along the former front line, but no further injuries were reported.

2.   A few thundershowers will erupt along the back edge of a warm front from the Hudson Valley eastward.

3.   Afternoon thunderstorms will erupt along the sea breeze in southern Louisiana.

4.   Downbursts accompanied potent thunderstorms that erupted along a strong cold front slicing across the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys Friday.

5.   Elsewhere, afternoon thunder will erupt along the peaks of the Rockies while ample sunshine covers the Far West.

6.   Farther east in Texas, isolated thunderstorms will erupt along the boundary separating the dry air from humid air from the Gulf of Mexico.

7.   Hit-or-miss showers and thunderstorms will erupt along a sea-breeze front pressing into eastern Florida from the Atlantic.

8.   Isolated severe thunderstorms will erupt along the southern flank of the cool front across parts of Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and north Texas.

9.   Isolated thunderstorms, some with heavy rains, will erupt along a cold front extending from the Middle Atlantic States to the western Gulf states.
