1.   A constitutional amendment that would allow prayer in public schools.

2.   An Oklahoma congressman wants a constitutional amendment to allow school prayer.

4.   A federal district court stopped the school from allowing prayers over the intercom.

5.   A Religious Equality Amendment allowing voluntary prayer in schools, at high school graduations, sporting events and other public events.

6.   Also on the ballot will be a question asking whether voters think student-initiated prayer should be allowed at school sporting events.

7.   Allowing prayer in schools is considered the centerpiece of an effort by some politically powerful religious organizations to win passage of the Religious Equality Amendment to the Constitution.
